All CLEAR!!

CLEAR, CLEAR, CLEAR!!!!
I am so relieved and thankful to share that my hubby's first scan came back CLEAR!!

Thank you God!! Your power and healing is MIGHTY!

For those of you new to following my blog my hubby has been fighting cancer and a clear scan is HUGE! I promise I really do RUN and TRAIN but I have had a few life setbacks but PRAY to be back at it soon. Thank you to everyone who has been praying and checking in on me! It really has meant so much!! I still do not understand why this is all happening but no matter what we plan to PRAISE God and hope that through any challenge or trial that we face that God can be glorified through this. We still have a long road ahead of us. Radiation starts Monday and that means lots of travel but my hubby is looking for how God wants to use him on this journey and we know we will perservere.

This is the verse I read the day before we went in and it gave me great peace. Sometimes when it comes to getting in the Word I find every other excuse of why I am too busy. I am so thankful that I made time to open my bible...as always God blessed my time and gave me just the words I needed to hear.

Romans 5 3-5
....And we not only rejoice in the hope of the glory of God.
Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings,
because we know that suffering produces perserverance,
perserverance, character and character, hope.
And HOPE does not dissapoint us...

So with a CLEAR scan comes opportunties. It is hard when cancer touches your life. You are out of control and it feels like you aren't able to do anything to FIGHT. Well I think I may have one way that I (and you) can do a little something. MORE TO COME on this soon. But until then, this will help you get you thinking!

praise God, Harmony!!! God is so good!! Hope you PF is on the mend. I know you can attack Eugene!! Mere and I's friend, Ashley (you may know her from her blog) has had physical set backs too and is feeling discouraged too about having enough time to train. 12 weeks is completely sufficient. You both can do it!! Hope you are running soon!!
