Well I did it! With the end of the year just around the corner I have to run 25 miles a week EVERY week until the end of the year to make my goal of 1,000 miles.
So how did I do?
Monday 5 miles
Wednesday 5 miles
Thursday 4.5
Friday 5 miles
Saturday 6.5 miles
Hey look at that I am 26 miles! Woo Hoo! I am happy to be on track and excited because tomorrow is World Run Day! Running really is such a gift, so why not celebrate it! A friend of mine has "organized" an unofficual fun 5K for tomorrow night. It is the first annual GLOW Run! Goal is to find any kind of glowing flare that you can and come out and have some fun! I have my glow sticks and bracelets ready! I am looking forward to seeing friends and having fun! We are going to be quite the troop! Hope everyone else has a great day!
