My poor abs have been missing for awhile now, especially since my feet have been grumpy the past several weeks. It was simple and fun. I don't belong to a gym so I did the beginner bodyweight program but there are different options to fit your needs. My goal is to now work on making it fast. There were several excercises with specific reps that I had to do back to back...with the CLOCK TICKING. I fumbled a bit and got off count a few times but in the end came out with
4 minutes and 24 seconds
So that is where I am now, but of course I expect an improved time the next time I take on 303 REPS! Ouch!
Sorry it was a no make up day!

Harm, you look great! And you've inspired me to get up off this chair and do just what you are doing in the pictures so thanks!! My abs look strong but really I have a weaker core since apparently this is where my strains were. So I need to do this stuff for a strong core!!
