Plans

Just a quick update and note. Things are tough right now as us bad has gone to worse with my husband but we are rallying for the battle and trying to stay upbeat.

We are still waiting for details as my husband recovers from his bone biopsy. Hoping for clarity and some direction and should have a specific diagnosis soon and will begin chemo with major surgery to follow.

We have not told our children yet, just trying to spare their hearts and minds as long as we can. Please pray for healing and that through all of this that God will sustain our family and that he may be GLORIFIED.

The "plans" to run Girlfriends Half and PR never happened and frankly I can't even bring myself to read blogs. Something I had to "planned" to do for months all changed in one phone call. Sleep is hard to find and my appetite is gone, but I am working on rallying and trying to rest in God's arms even thought I don't understand why our family has to go through this painful time. Life has come to a stop and I only wish I could go back to training plans and the small stresses of life.

So keep please praying and know that your encouraging words warm my heart and I hope to be able to someone stay connected to you all!

Job 11:16-18
You will surely forget your trouble,
recalling it only as waters gone by.
Life will be brighter than noonday,
and darkness will become like morning.
You will be secure, because there is hope

Oh harm. I'm so sorry you are going through this. Here is one of my favorite scriptures that I just shared with my best friend who lost her baby this week. I find it very comforting. Hope it brings a sense of peace. I love you Harm. Praying for you. every day.

"For verily I say unto you, blessed is he that keepeth my commandments, whether in life or in death; and he that is faithful in tribulation, the reward of the same is greater in the kingdom of heaven.

Ye cannot behold with your natural eyes, for the present time, the design of your God concerning those things which shall come hereafter, and the glory which shall follow after much tribulation.

For after much tribulation come the blessings. Wherefore the day cometh that ye shall be crowned with much glory; the hour is not yet, but is nigh at hand."

I'm so sorry you have to go through this. God's will is to heal your husband. I can't imagine the pain you feel in your heart but I know it must be almost unbearable. God loves you and as a sister in the Lord I love you too.(Psalm 73:26-My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.)
You and Your family are in my prayers.

God's Word on Healing to build your Faith:

Psalm 30:2-LORD my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me.

Psalm 107:20-He sent out his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave.

Isaiah 53:5-But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.

Matthew 12:15-Aware of this, Jesus withdrew from that place. A large crowd followed him, and he healed all who were ill.

Matthew 14:14-When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them and healed their sick.

Acts 3:16-By faith in the name of Jesus, this man whom you see and know was made strong. It is Jesus’ name and the faith that comes through him that has completely healed him, as you can all see.

1 Peter 2:24-“He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.”
