Running Review & Chocolate MILK

Three things I need on a long run....good gear, family support and chocolate milk. Here is Sweet J after my first marathon (Portland 10.10.10). Poor girl stood out in the rain for hours trying to catch a glimpse of mama! She came through BIG waiting at the FINISH with my chocolate milk!

Running Chics...we go way back. (well kind of) Running Chics was the first company to send me product to review and give away! I have the hoodie and they recently sent me the ALO stretch flex short sleeve performance shirt to try oput. I love them both. The strecth flex is smooth and light. I have loved running in it but also like how I can wear it casually as well if I want. I typically run in tanks but this shirt has proven to keep me cool. You really just have to try it...stylish, light weight and made to move! I will packing both of these babes with me to Hood To Coast.
