Pump you Up

Today I am feeling inspired! 3 days until I run my second marathon! Did I just type that? The "Pump You Up" is a little SNL shout out.
There seems to be many things that I thought I would or could never do.

I got an awesome "pep talk" package from my Coach today. She has done a great job getting to know how my runner mind works. The envelope was covered in inspirational stickers and quotes. My kids loved it! I really really needed it!

I have been having a wide variety of emotions but now I am just feeling EXCITED and ready! I have put in the time and miles and now it is time for my "victory lap".

(one minor thing...the top of my foot has been hurting, so crossing my fingers that will GO AWAY)

Here are a few of my favorites:

Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right.

CAUTION: Fast Runner on Road

If you are going to doubt something, DOUBT YOUR LIMITS.

OK so share with me any last minute tips or thoughts!!

I often use the mantra: 'You can do it, you can do it, you can do it' as my feet pound out the rythm of these words.

I wish you lots of luck on your marathon!

All positive thoughts. Not sure what is going on with the foot, maybe take an anti-inflammatory and ice the sore spot, it may help..

You have trained hard and broken down barriers that you did not believe you could. Take that Victory lap with confidence and cross that Finish line knowing you gave it all you could that day. You will be GREAT!!
