Did it! I think?

OK my first day of hills on a TREADMILL??
Woke up late, limited to the gym.

1 mile warm up

2.5 miles
10 X 200's (jog in between for 15 seconds)
SPEED 9:40

.5 cool down

Needed to get home and jump in the morning routine. Hubby was already hard at work. He had already made lunches and kids up and eating....I just had to do "hair" and give hugs and kisses!! Thank you!!

So how does this look?? Thoughts? I think I will count it!!
