So last weekend was the big 22 miles and most of you have seen the blister that resulted from that run. I nursed it all week and only ran two days and it is still there. This morning it looked better so I ran and when I was done it was full again.
So...tomorrow I was going to run 15 miles but I am torn on what to do. I am 15 days away from GO TIME! I want the blister to heal but I that could take weeks. So what would you do? Is it more important that I get my 15 in this weekend and then long run of 12 next weekend OR focus on shorter runs?? Heading into my first taper with a bum toe so not sure what to do. HELP ME! On a brighter note I got a truck load of goodies in the mail today. Some cool giveaway's coming SOON!
P.S. Still having right knee pain so crossing my fingers my body will hold it together for another 16 days!
