Extreme Soreness= Big Muscles..Right??

Well I have been wasting far too much time trying to figure how to get a countdown ticker for my upcoming half and my FIRST Marathon. Ugh!!! I would love any help or suggestions. I have gone to the ticker sites and just can't seem to find how I plug in my dates? So many things in Bloggy land that I still don't know how to do, such as changing the color or size of my text. I know, I know....Rookie. Help Me!

I am actually kind of stuck in the chair currently as my body is so so SORE. So as I stretch my legs or bend or twist I am making attractive groaning noises. I had a great workout yesterday and really pushed myself on abs and arms. BUT I forgot I was going to meet with my amazing "trainer" today. Ooops! So I was a bit sore but went for it! I had a great workout and felt like I was really having to push myself. On one set of my abs my brain decided to disconnect from my body and I was unable to finish my set. So frustrating! These abs were difficult...think of being vertical on a bench and then raising legs and then lifting your behind. Wish I had a pic....but basically it was tough. It is always a TREAT to work with my trainer so I try to just soak up every tip or suggestion. I was using my FREE session that I WON. So now here I sit not wanting to go up those stairs. My only comfort that makes me excited to go back and do it all over again is that I am STRONGER both mentally and physically and I LOVE that! There is always a story and journey to every success!

BONUS: I was measured and LOST a little over 3 inches and 3 pounds! YIPPEEE!

Thanks for stopping by....feel free to join my little pack of 22 and leave a comment!! My GOAL 50 followers = FIRST give away!! Woo Hoo!

The Daily Mile has a way to use their tickers. Once I get back from my 24 hour run I'll run you through it. I've wasted lots of time figuring things out too.

Congrats on some great workouts!!! You are doing awesome.

Good idea on luring followers with a giveaway :) I only have 8 so far but I'm hoping for more. It's amazing how a comment and support from a fellow runner/blogger can make such a difference.

Talk to you soon!!!!
