I am so happy I just have to share....I have a new follower from bloggy FIRST one other my dear friend I made "follow" me. Sara at Rookie on the Run has a great blog that inspired me spiritually and physically. I am so excited I am tempted to do a give away, but need more followers first right?? So now I am motivated to keep trying to figure out how to snazz things up. Trying to figure out how to show all the blogs I follow would be step one. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Rookie on the made my night. Wooo Hoo!

OK onto runnning....
It has been a good week.
*I rested Tuesday after my long run on Monday.
* Wednesday I worked out with a friend and I am still sore.
*Thursday did a group work out with a trainer as SNAP. So hard! I was pleased to notice that as I was jumping. lunging and squatting my legs didn't seem to jiggle as much as usual and I actually thought I saw....MUSCLE. Very exciting....or at least enough to keep me coming back.
*Friday I rested.
*Today I ran 5.1 (thanks Tall mom) with a 9:20 pace. Happy that hubby saved me a stack of pancakes when I returned home.

A very good week indeed!

I've been following your blog! You are quite inspiring... I'm thinking about taking up running once I get the OK from the Dr.!

I am a new follower, great job on your Friday run I love pancakes after a good workout my husband always tells me you need some fast burning carbs after you workout, don't know if it true but if it means I can eat pancakes than I'm a believer :)
