Lucky Nuun Winner!

Lindsay at A Fit Family you are the lucky winner!! Woo Hoo!
Time to hydrate with some nuun!! Just email me your contact info. to harmlove5@gmail.com and I will get some goodies in the mail!

I WISH I had more time to blog this week but I am currently in "hell" week. Started a new part time temp job this week that is pretty high stress (thank goodness it is temp.)I have two final papers due and a huge presentation due Saturday (that involves moving and grooving with kids all day) and then we head to Spokane Sunday night to prep for my husbands's lung scan on Monday morning.

So I am a bit buried. I had a solid 10 mile run with a running buddy last Sunday and it felt GREAT! That was the FIRST double digit run since...DEC. 31st! GASP!!! I know...hurts to even see that it has been that long. Darn foot!! It took a few days for my heel to recover but it is feeling almost 100% today. I have rode on the trainer a bit but zero swim this week so that bums me out a bit but I know next week will be better!

I would love to stay and chat about
Tri-Training
Swimming First
Learning to shift my bike
My walk with God these days
Hurts from the most unlikely sources
Grad school with three kids=crazy
Running Goals/Plans
Winter Weight
Running Buddy goodness
Chobani goodness
Nuun HTC (fingers crossed)
Bramble Berry and Seattle RNR
Rev3 & Final finish of RAA
A Titanium leg won't stop my hubbby

BUT

that will all have to wait. Please pray for my husbands scan and that we have strength and peace to face the unknown. Praying for a clear scan and that we are one more step closer to kicking cancer to the curb forever!

Definitely sounds like a brutal week. Good thing you were able to get an energizing run in before it started! Hope all goes well.
