Saturday was an emotional day across the nation as many runners ran to remember Sherry Arnold. The running community has been united to not forget. I pray, hope and believe that God was with Sherry and I pray He gave her comfort and peace in something no one can understand.
My feet are still bugging me and I knew I couldn't RUN like I would like but I decide to run ONE mile and deal with the consequences later. Felt good. Praying for courage and peace for Sherry's family. Keep running and Keep On Keeping On!
