16 miles on the mill'

Woke up dreading the cold and could hear the wind howling! Last week my long run consisted of hills and wind and I just wasn't feeling it.

So I guess I had a partay invite to the gym! I was wishing I had a running buddy and needed someone to push me. Luckily a nice guy ran next to me for about and hour and a half...he was my pretend running buddy!

What: Long Run
When: 9:30-12:00
Distance: 16 miles
Time: 2:26

R.S.V.P
DONE!!!!!

I know what you mean when you wake up and hear the wind blowing. Your just not feeling the run. Great work on your 16 miles treadmill run. The most I have done on a Treadmill is 8 miles and I thought I was going to go insane. Keep on running.Have a good week.

This was a great call Harm!

I did 6 miles on the trail today and wind was bitter on the way out (helped at the turn around though!). I was thinking of you and hoping you didn't have to run in it!!

GREAT JOB!
