So I am have pretty much RELAXED since 10.10.10. and only ran a few times. My hip or groin muscle seems pretty tight so I am little concerned that I am not 100% but maybe once I get moving again things will get better. I am on a mission but I am going to need some of peeps to check in on me to help me do it! I have 221 miles to RUN before the end of the year! So I only have 61 days to find a way to reach 1,000 miles! So after doing some math I have to run 25 miles each week. I just need to figure out a way to break it down. I will have some obstacles...such as WINTER and ICE! And an even bigger obstacle (but one I welcome)is my hubby and I are going to Maui in December!! Yippee...celebrating our 10 year anniversary 3 years LATE but I am ok with that! Just thankful and blessed we can go! I am so excited to go on vacation with my hubby but I don't want to be worried about miles every day while I am in paradise! Yes of course I want to run...but not because I have to because the days on the calendar are ticking away. So I may try to make other weeks heavy on miles and then let that week be lighter?? Is anyone else in the same boat?? Wanna join me in trying to finish the year out strong? Hopeful to reach that 1,000 mile finish line. Might as well give it my best shot!!
