Recovery Socks Giveaway!

Goodies everywhere!! Let's start with my favorite...recovery socks.

OK so it is officially getting CLOSE to 10.10.10!! Only 10 more days until the Portland Marathon. The folks at Recovery Socks have been amazing to me and I want to share the love. A few weeks ago afetr I ran my 22 miles I was unable to wear my recovery socks on both legs due to the beast blister on my toe. So I just wore them one leg. I really didn't think it would be that big of a deal. But boy was I wrong!! When I woke up the next day my left leg felt rested and ready to go. Kind of bizarre since I had just ran 22 miles. My right leg (the one without the sock) was tight, crampy and I felt like I could barely extend my leg without it hurting. This is a true story! Seriously these socks really do make a differnce. It took 3 days for my right leg to catch uop with my left. So I know have a nifty pink pairn that will travel with me on 10.10.10, that I just love! So now is your chance to win your pair. I have a silver (size small) pair to give away. My shoes size is 8.5 if that helps. Here is what you need to do.
(one entry each)
1. Become a follower of my blog and let me know.
2. Go to recovery socks and let me know what you think.
3. Donate a $1 or more to Run for Congo and let me know. Every little bit counts
4. Share giveaway and Run for Congo fundraiser on your blog, or FB and let me know.

Giveaway will be announced 10/8...2 sleeps from the marathon!

Love the pink ones, of course! I've never heard of this brand, so thanks for introducing them. They are slightly more affordable than the other brands.
