Just a little

So I have been running a bit...hence my whopping 5 miles in 2010. It is hard being patient and making sure that I am healed and strong enough to run like I want to! Last night I went to a strength training class (FREE...gotta love SNAP)and it lasted for 1.5 hours. I learned a lot and look forward to trying to do more resistance training. I have been trying a new workout on the elliptical that I am sure makes everyone in the gym laugh. I set it at 25 (feels like trying to move through mud)and then sprint 30 and rest 30. This week has been crazy but I have managed to get up early and hit the gym and the get home shower, do girls hair and head out the door. Thank goodness for my amazing hubby who gets a start on lunches and breakfast...what a team. I started my new "temp" job, teaching preschool. I am covering maternity leave for my daughter's teacher. So J is thrilled to be going to school five mornings. It has been great and I am already becoming attached to these little people. The big bonus is that I get to share God with the children and that is an awesome thing. It is fun but I am sure once March rolls around I will be happy to hand over the reins. I have really been enjoying being able to journal and blog...but I do have to say I have the most BORING blog ever. I am hoping to try to figure out how to add more fun "stuff", so be patient with me who know what I might accidently cut and paste.

P.S. The hubby's running start for the new year has been stalled. He hurt his knee playing ball and will need to rest for awhile. I'll keep ya posted.
