Only one or 2 weeks were 40 or more miles. You will be ok with 30 miles/week as long as your PF is not acting up. I have my marathon PR from that plan and my highest weekly mileage going into race day was only 38 miles. It was 60 miles going into Eugene last year. Running 3 days a week might help you. The plan has a lot of time for rest and cross training. I have the book if you want to borrow it next time you are in town.

Despite the conditions, you still had a great run. Now rest up sweet friend. :-)Tasha Malcolmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16235287569641564538noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8790504259982647142.post-1824308301875608962013-02-03T08:21:41.128-08:002013-02-03T08:21:41.128-08:00Wind is the worst condition to run in. I've been doing that with one of the rollers in my triggerpoint kit (it's smaller, really hard) and it's helping so much. I still have issues, but as long as I keep rolling, they aren't getting worse ;-)Heather Iacobacci-Millerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14049797586960775747noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8790504259982647142.post-54573522962772930662013-02-03T06:22:31.153-08:002013-02-03T06:22:31.153-08:00You are doing a great job, give yourself more cred...You are doing a great job, give yourself more credit for that.
